Dr. Carl Williams, DDS

Dr. Carl Williams is a graduate of the University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. He grew up in New York City and developed his clinical skills in Western New York before relocating to Valparaiso, Indiana. Dr. Williams lives with his wife Gloria. They have three children; Carlos, James and Alyssa.

Dr. Williams enjoys getting to know his patients. He is a good listener and tries to treat each patient as though they were members of his family.

Dr. Williams is an avid basketball fan. He has coached basketball for Middle and Elementary School as well as directed a youth basketball league for many years in Western New York. In 2009 he received an award for being a Positive Role Model to Area Youth. He is excited about this opportunity to serve the Valparaiso community.

Kara - Business Assistant

Kara has been in the dental fields since 2004; she started as an assistant and then moved to the front desk. She is very knowledgeable and can help answer your questions. She enjoys helping patients get their dental needs completed.

Kara has a wonderful son she loves to spend time with, along with her friends and family, but she really enjoys shopping in her spare time.

Jacqueline - Business Assistant

Jacqueline really enjoys working as a business assistant in the dental field! Jacqueline has a really positive attitude in the work place. She also enjoys getting to know each and every patient and helping them with all their dental needs.

Outside the office she enjoys cooking, baking, shopping, spending time with her niece, many nephews, family, friends and her boyfriend!

Lisa - Business Assistant

Lisa enjoys working as a Buisness Assistant and getting to know the patients. Before coming to Silhavy Creek she has worked  since 2002 in customer service. Lisa brings a positive attitude to the work place and is there to answer your questions.

Lisa has been married since 1985 to her wonderful husband Carey. They have two children, Aaron and a beautiful daughter Emily. As a family they enjoy camping, snowmobiling and traveling. Lisa and her family are avid Chicago Cubs and Notre Dame fans. Lisa looks forward to meeting you in the future.

Amber - Dental Hygienist

Amber has been in the dental field since 2008 where she graduated from Indiana University of South Bend with honors. Amber enjoys making education fun with her patients while building a strong relationship.

Recently in 2010, Amber moved into her first home and is planning her wedding for Spring 2011. Amber has a great personality and loves to make people laugh. Amber enjoys spending time with her family, friends and of course her husband to be. In her free time, she loves to play volleyball.

Kristy - Dental Hygienist

Kristy is a recent graduate from Ivy Tech Community college from the South Bend area. She looks forward to building good rapport with her patients as well as keeping them educated on the importance of good oral health.

Kristy is very ambitious and enjoys her work. She comes from a small town with small town friendliness, enjoys shopping, taking walks with her dog and going to the movies. She loves to spend time with her two nieces and one nephew.

Meagan - Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Meagan has been in the dental field since 1996. Meagan loves working in the dental field because she can help people to achieve their perfect smile. Meagan loves getting to know her patients and is devoted to caring for their needs.

Meagan has been married since 1993 and has three wonderful children. In her spare time Meagan loves to spend time outdoors and go on vacation with her family.

Tedrice (Niecy) - Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Niecy has been in the dental field since 2009.  Niecy really enjoys working in the dental field because she loves helping people enhance their beauty and confidence, which she feels starts with your smile.  She loves to build a professional relationship to ensure patients are getting the best experience and quality dental care.

Niecy has two beautiful children, Jasmine and Keontae and a handsome fiancée.  She enjoys spending time with her family and friends along with playing darts and pool.
